La instalación de videovigilancia y control de acceso requiere que el cliente cuente con las autorizaciones del inmueble y cumpla sus propias obligaciones frente a empleados y visitantes, incluyendo el aviso de privacidad y la señalización de áreas videovigiladas. Binexo entrega los sistemas configurados y capacita en su uso, pero no es responsable del uso que el cliente dé posteriormente a las grabaciones ni a los registros de acceso.Installing video surveillance and access control requires the client to hold the building’s authorizations and to meet their own obligations toward employees and visitors, including the privacy notice and signage for monitored areas. Binexo delivers configured systems and trains on their use, but is not responsible for the use the client subsequently makes of recordings or access records.
La titularidad del código y de los entregables de cada proyecto se define en el contrato correspondiente. Salvo pacto expreso en contrario, Binexo conserva la titularidad de sus componentes, librerías, plantillas y herramientas preexistentes o de uso general, y otorga al cliente la licencia necesaria para operar la solución entregada.Ownership of the code and deliverables of each project is defined in the corresponding contract. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, Binexo retains ownership of its pre-existing or general-purpose components, libraries, templates and tools, and grants the client the license needed to operate the delivered solution.
